• Casual dining from 12pm until 9pm Monday to Saturday | Sunday from 12.30pm until 8.30pm
• Covered & Heated Platform Terrace available for Outdoor Dining
  • The covered & heated Platform Terrace subject to availability with advance booking required to avoid disappointment.
  • The Garden Terrace (not covered) which is weather dependent and available for outdoor dining on a first come first served basis.

Signal Restaurant

• Monday – Tuesday: closed other than for group bookings (please contact us for all group enquiries)
• Wednesday – Saturday
  • Lunch: from 12.30pm until 3.30pm
  • Dinner: fine dining A la Carte Menu from 6pm until 9pm
• Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays, all day Lunch Menu from 12.30pm until 7.30pm last orders

The deposit is fully refundable subject to a 72 hour cancellation policy for all group bookings

• Children under 12, who are not residents of the hotel or attending an event at the hotel, are welcome on the premises until 7pm provided they are accompanied by an adult.
• Children over 12 and under 18, who are not residents or attending an event at the hotel, are welcome on the premises until 9pm, provided they are accompanied by an adult.

• Cancellation Policy
  • Room cancellations require a 48 hour notice of cancellation with the exception of special events which require a 72 hour notice of cancellation
  • Dining reservations for groups of 8 or more require a 72 hour notice of cancellation

• Customers’ dogs are permitted outdoors on the terraces however must be kept on a short leash with their owner at all times whilst on the premises. Owners are kindly asked to ensure their dogs are quiet and well behaved whilst on the premises. Dogs displaying any aggressive behaviour must be removed from the public areas immediately. To ensure all our customers’ safety, dogs subject to a ban or a future ban (e.g. XL Bull dogs) & restricted breed of dogs, strains or cross-breeds of such, are not allowed on the premises.
