Our Boyne Valley Tasting Dinners celebrate the rich flavors of Ireland’s Ancient East, featuring locally sourced ingredients carefully curated by our head chef, Gordon Mooney, and his talented team.
Enjoy a steaming cup of cream tea upon arrival as you check into one of our boutique luxury guest rooms. The evening begins at 6:30 PM with a pre-dinner cocktail in the bar. At 7:00 PM, guests will be seated in The Signal Restaurant for a 7-course tasting menu, showcasing the best of Boyne Valley’s seasonal produce. An optional wine pairing is available for those looking to elevate their meal, featuring expertly selected wines from our extensive collection. After dinner, relax in the bar and enjoy live piano music.
