Please note we are closed Monday – Wednesday (inclusive) until 26th February, opening from 12pm Thursday to Sunday.
Business as usual during this time. Thank you for your understanding while we complete our annual maintenance works.

Platform Bar & Terraces
- Casual dining from 12pm until 9pm Monday to Saturday | Sunday from 12.30pm until 8.30pm
- Covered & Heated Platform Terrace available for Outdoor Dining
- The covered & heated Platform Terrace subject to availability with advance booking required to avoid disappointment.
- The Garden Terrace (not covered) which is weather dependent and available for outdoor dining on a first come first served basis.
Signal Restaurant
- Monday – Tuesday: closed other than for group bookings (please contact us for all group enquiries)
- Wednesday – Saturday
- Lunch: from 12.30pm until 3.30pm
- Dinner: fine dining A la Carte Menu from 6pm until 9pm
- Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays, all day Lunch Menu from 12.30pm until 7.30pm last orders
- All opening times are subject to availability. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking in advance

Please note we require a EUR 10 deposit per person for all group bookings over 7 persons which is redeemable against the final bill. The deposit is fully refundable subject to a 72 hour cancellation policy for all group bookings

Children Policy
As a family run business, we are delighted to welcome younger guests however as courtesy to all our guests, we kindly ask that parents follow the below:
- We have a Children’s Menu available daily in our Platform Bar & Brasserie from 12.30pm – 5pm (last orders)
- The Children’s Menu and half portions of our Weekend Lunch Menu are available in Signal Restaurant, with last orders for children under 12 in Signal Restaurant at 3.30pm (Wednesday – Saturday) and 4.30pm (Sunday)
- Children under 12 years, who are not residents of the hotel or attending an event at the hotel, are welcome on the premises until 7pm provided they are accompanied by an adult.
- Children 12-15 years, who are not residents of the hotel or attending an event at the hotel, are welcome on the premises until 9pm provided they are accompanied by an adult.
- Scooters, bicycles or similar are not permitted on the hotel premises
- We kindly ask that all devices are on silent mode whilst inside the public areas of the hotel, or whilst dining on either the Platform or the Garden Terraces outside
- If you need a quiet area during your visit, we will try to accommodate this; please do not hesitate to ask our team at Reception.
- We have colouring and a fidget box at Reception for children; please do not hesitate to ask any of our team if you require either of these whilst you are visiting

Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change, and we will always try to be as accommodating as we can. However, we kindly ask our guests to note the following cancellation policy:
- We require 48 hours notice for standard Bedroom cancellations. Late cancellations or no shows within these periods may be charged the full room charge
- For dining cancellations in Signal Restaurant and The Platform Bar & Brasserie, we require 24 hours’ notice for groups under 4 guests, and 48 hours for groups of 5 or more. Late cancellations or no shows within these periods may be charged a €20 per guest fee
- For Boyne Valley Tasting Dinner events, we require 72 hours’ notice for both bedroom and dining cancellations. Late cancellations or no shows within these periods may be charged the full room charge or the full value of the Tasting Dinner Menu (as applicable)
- Please do contact us beforehand if your party numbers change. Where your party numbers are reduced without notice, there may be a charge of €20 per guest for standard dining in Signal Restaurant or The Platform Bar & Brasserie, or the full value of the Tasting Dinner Menu for Boyne Valley Tasting Dinner events
- We have a 15 minute grace period. Please do call us if you are running late; your table will be booked for 2 hours for parties of up to 6; and 2 hours 30 minutes for parties of 7+
- Please do not hesitate to contact us in the event of late cancellations
- Customers’ dogs are permitted outdoors on the terraces however must be kept on a short leash with their owner at all times whilst on the premises. Owners are kindly asked to ensure their dogs are quiet and well behaved whilst on the premises. Dogs displaying any aggressive behaviour must be removed from the public areas immediately. To ensure all our customers’ safety, dogs subject to a ban or a future ban (e.g. XL Bull dogs) & restricted breed of dogs, strains or cross-breeds of such, are not allowed on the premises.
