Boyne Valley Tasting
Boyne Valley Tasting events at The Signal Restaurant are our way of showing off the wide range of foods available to us from the lush Boyne Valley – meat, dairy, vegetables, fruit, fish and more. Our chefs select and prepare dishes based on what’s available and at its best for the season. Our sommelier selects the perfect pairings for each dish, from the wide selection of fine wines in our cellar.
The evening begins at 6.30pm with a pre-dinner cocktail or glass of our Prosecco Frizzante. That’s followed by seven courses carefully curated and prepared by our head chef. It’s an opportunity for us to share our passion for good food and fine wine – and to show off our pride in the locality. Join us as your tastebuds wander from flavour to flavour and from wine to wine, experiencing combinations that may surprise you – but will not disappoint.
