Indulge in a night of gourmet food & wine tasting at our Boyne Valley Tasting Dinner events in Signal Restaurant.

Check in from 3pm with cream tea on arrival, before joining us in The Platform Bar & Terrace at 6.30pm for a pre-dinner cocktail or glass of our Prosecco Frizzante. The night then moves to Signal Restaurant where you’ll enjoy a delicious 7 course tasting dinner featuring local, seasonal and premium Irish produce, with menus carefully curated and prepared by our head chef Gordon and his team. Pair each course with a wine expertly selected by our in-house sommelier, Alessandro, and let your tastebuds wander for a night that will not disappoint.
