As a venue for a private event or special occasion, The Station House Hotel offers the best of both worlds. A unique location, in the peace, quiet and seclusion of the leafy Meath countryside, yet within easy reach of Dublin city, Dublin airport and beyond.
Over the years we have hosted all varieties of events and catered to every kind of request. From corporate getaways and product launches, to anniversaries, wellness retreats and award banquets, we’ve managed them all.
The Carriage Suite is the ideal space for a presentation or banquet, alternatively it can be set up in either theatre or boardroom style for meetings. When the weather allows, The Turntable provides a unique, enchanting outdoor amphitheatre space, surrounded by twelve acres of beautifully tended gardens and woodland. The Station House is also available for exclusive hire midweek, if you would like to take over the whole venue – for a special team building event, family reunion, vow renewal or any sort of private gathering.
Our experienced Events Team are there to help you plan your event and to ensure everything runs perfectly on the day. We can also help to arrange activities around your event, including team building activities on-site, cookery classes, golfing, horse-riding, visits to the local UNESCO World Heritage site at Newgrange, or a trek with our visionary neighbour, Lord Dunsany, across Ireland’s largest re-wilding estate at Dunsany Reserve. Our 8 seater Mercedes-Benz V-Class is available to shuttle you and your guests in comfort and style to and from the hotel, to Dublin Airport or off-site activities.
