Escape the winter chill and indulge in a delectable treat this holiday season with our Festive Afternoon Tea, available Monday-Saturday from 12 PM to 4 PM throughout the holiday period, excluding December 24th, December 31st, and January 1st. For just €32.95 per person, enjoy an elegant selection of traditional sandwiches, freshly baked scones, and an array of decadent festive desserts, including classic Christmas puddings and mince pies.

For an extra touch of holiday cheer, add a glass of mulled wine or Prosecco for €41.95 per person.

Arrive on December 19th to the cozy embrace of roaring fires and a delightful mini-Afternoon Tea featuring homemade festive treats, including Thelma’s Christmas pudding log. Choose between fine dining in the Signal Restaurant or a relaxed meal in The Platform Bar & Brasserie, where you can indulge in favorites like our signature cheese fondue.

After a restful night in one of our charming guest rooms, start your morning with a hearty breakfast before exploring the local sites. Take a scenic walk, cycle through woodlands with in-house bikes, or visit nearby attractions like Bective Abbey or the Hill of Tara. For something unique, enjoy the Hot Box Sauna by the River Boyne, play golf at Killeen Castle, and tour Dunsany Castle. Do some last-minute shopping in local boutiques in Trim or Navan, or simply snuggle up with a book beside the fire. 

In the evening, savor a seven-course Boyne Valley Tasting Dinner in the Signal Restaurant. Begin with a festive cocktail or mulled wine, then enjoy the best of local, seasonal ingredients. Optional wine pairings are available with each course, curated by our in-house sommelier.

This two night Christmas Feasting break starts from €310 per person sharing and includes 2 nights B&B on the 19th and 20^th December, a mini-Afternoon Tea on arrival and the Boyne Valley Tasting dinner on 20^th December (with wine pairing an additional €50 per person).

End the year on a high note with our New Year’s Eve Boyne Valley Tasting Dinner Party! The evening begins in style with pre-dinner cocktails at 7:30 pm in The Platform Bar & Brasserie, followed by a 7-course festive tasting menu at 8pm in Signal Restaurant, celebrating the best of the Boyne Valley and Irish produce, perfectly paired with selections from our in-house Sommelier’s curated wine collection. Ring in the New Year surrounded by great food, wine, and warm holiday cheer with a glass of bubbly at midnight, and Matthew on the piano playing song requests until late.

Dress: Black Tie or Glam As You Can!

Cost: Dine only €90 per person including pre-dinner cocktail, 7 course tasting dinner, glass of bubbly at midnight, music in the Piano Lounge until late. Add-on wine pairing €50.
